All of the olive oil we create is produced in the traditional Tuscan way, meaning they are cold-pressed and not filtered, which creates both a robust and smooth oil. “Excellent experience
After seeing San Gimignano we stopped at a winery outside the town to sample five Tuscan wines and have a delicious four course lunch. It consisted of bruschetta, quiche, lasagna with saffron, salad, and a meat and cheese plate. The property was beautiful with an amazing view of San Gimignano. All wines are organic and the farm is stunning.”

Our time at this beautiful vineyard was perfection! The most picturesque setting with delicious food and wine. Pietro gave us our tour and served us lunch and did the wine tasting. He was so friendly and fun and knew everything about the wines and it was interesting to hear their approach. The lunch was incredible and they accommodated the vegetarians in the group. We sat outside under an umbrella with misters which felt great on a warm day. The views can’t be beat!
We loved meeting Pietro’s mother Silvia and his brother Corrado and their wonderful dogs. Everyone in our group now wants a dog like Rio! Everyone we met couldn’t have been any nicer. The hospitality of all the staff made us feel welcome and like family. Learning to make authentic pizza and Prosecco gelato was a memory to take home with us. Wine tasting and olive oil tasting has committed us to staying in touch with the family and winery.
I now order their wines regularly that get shipped to the states with absolutely no glitches. My all time favorite is the Sparkling Rose' called Quarzo.

We were supposed to be there for a second visit on May 4th for a pasta cooking class, but unfortunately could not do it for the lockdown and the bad situation we are living. The wine and the oil are amazing they so tasty.
