You know that here at Podere La Marronaia we love and appreciate wine in all its forms, and this leads our family to try something that is not really in the Tuscan tradition, but it’s a real Italian institution.

It’s for this reason that we decided to start the production of 3 different kinds of balsamic vinegar cooperating with a real Acetaia in Modena, combining their knowledge and our grapes.

Our Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP “Oro” or in English: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP “Gold Quality”.
La Marronaia has been assembled with a particular percentage of cooked must be derived from the most precious grapes of the property and wine vinegar.

It’s a product particularly substantial, with a density of 1.35 (71° BRIX, is the sugar content of an aqueous solution.) and a marked inclination to the sweet, balanced with the right acidity.

Flavor:  Sweet, balanced, fruity.
Shelf life: Highly conserve (10 years) PH and sugary concentration are natural obstacles in developing unwanted bacteria.

 

Food Pairing

This product releases creativity, is perfect to combine with all kinds of food, grilled vegetables, grilled meat, desserts, and fruit. It combines perfectly also with important cheeses.
