Crafted in collaboration with a traditional Acetaia in Modena, our Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP “Oro” represents the pinnacle of balsamic vinegar artistry. This exceptional vinegar is produced using a precise blend of cooked grape must from our finest estate-grown grapes and select wine vinegar. Aged for nearly three years in barrique barrels, it achieves a remarkable density of 1.35 (71° BRIX), resulting in a rich, velvety texture and a harmonious balance of sweetness and acidity.
