MINI MIMOSA CAKES

Cook with Vittoria and Giulia delicious mini mimosa cakes, small pieces of heaven composed of cream, and homemade sponge cake. In the Italian tradition, the Mimosa Cake is made during Women’s Day and we can say that this dessert is really in honor of women.

The Ingredients for the sponge cake are:

• 2 eggs
• 10 tbsp of sugar
• 10 tbsp of milk
• 10 tbsp of E.V.O oil
• All-purpose flour as needed
• 16 gr or ¾ oz of baking powder

The Ingredients for the cream are:

• 500 ml or 2 cups and 1 tbsp of milk
• 2 eggs
• 100 gr or 4 oz of sugar
• 50 gr or 2 oz of flour
• 1 vanilla bean
