Cancelation Policy

Our cancellation policy applies to all our experiences, and our clients accept them by booking one.

Info and Refunds:

Up to one month before the date of the experience, the refund will be 90%.
From 29 days to 96 hours before the date of the experience, the refund will be 70%.
From 96 to 73 hours before the date of the experience, the refund will be 60%.
From 72 to 25 hours before the date of ‘experience, the refund will be 50%.
From 24 hours before the date of the experience, no refund will be issued.

The only acceptable way to get the refund is by email. Send us all the details to [email protected].

Unless previously agreed with our staff, early arrivals are not guaranteed a table; please be on time or advise of a time change.

TABLES IN THE GARDEN, EVEN IF SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS, ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Please remember that for each experience, a maximum delay of 15 minutes is considered; if not communicated, further delays will be viewed as a NO SHOW, and therefore, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will follow.

Privacy

INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION N.679/2016

– Data Controller of personal data:
The Data Controller is PICO Soc. Agr. di Dei Pietro e Corrado of the person filming and publishing, who provides the following information pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

– Object and purpose of the processing: personal data are processed for the following purposes:
1. production of the video
2. Documentary, informative and promotional activities related to the wine tasting activity “wine tasting”, carried out in the “Podere la Marronaia” facility as explained in the release above.
In the case of minors, the data of the minor’s parent will be processed to the extent that the processing is necessary to obtain the consent relating to the minor.

– Data processing methods: personal data will be processed in compliance with the relevant regulatory framework, they will be processed using paper, computer, electronic tools and any other suitable support, in compliance with the security measures provided for by EU Regulation 2016/679.

– Consent: the provision of data is optional, failure to consent will not allow the use of images and/or audiovisual recordings of the interested party for the purposes indicated.

– Communication of data:
Within the limits relevant to the processing purposes indicated, your personal data may be communicated to third parties, for publication on social networks;

– Dissemination of data:
The videos and photos (therefore the images contained therein) taken in the “Podere la Marronaia” structure may be inserted into the Facebook page and on the website of the aforementioned structure for information, advertising and promotional purposes.

– Retention period: the data collected will be retained for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are processed and/or for the time consistent with legal obligations. The verification of the obsolescence of the data retained in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

– Rights of the interested party: the interested party is entitled to the rights referred to in articles 15 to 22 and art. 34 GDPR, in particular the right of access, rectification/cancellation/limitation, opposition, portability, revocation of consent where applicable, rights to be exercised against the Data Controller.
