Our cancellation policy applies to all our experiences, and our clients accept them by booking one.

Info and Refunds:

96 to 73 hours before the date of ‘the experience, the refund will be 100%, excluding taxes and fees.
72 to 25 hours before the date of ‘experience, the refund will be 50% excluding taxes and fees.
From 24 hours before the date of the experience, no refund will be issued.

The only acceptable way to get the refund is by email. You can send us all the details to our email [email protected].

Early arrivals, unless previously shortened with our staff, are not guaranteed a table; please be on time or advise of a time change.

TABLES IN THE GARDEN, EVEN IF SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS, ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Please remember that for each experience, a maximum delay of 15 minutes is considered; further delays, if not communicated, will be considered a NO SHOW and therefore the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will follow.
