Our cancellation policy applies to all our experiences, and our clients accept them by booking one.

Info and Refunds:

Up to one month before the date of the experience, the refund will be 90%.
From 29 days to 96 hours before the date of the experience, the refund will be 70%.
From 96 to 73 hours before the date of the experience, the refund will be 60%.
From 72 to 25 hours before the date of ‘experience, the refund will be 50%.
From 24 hours before the date of the experience, no refund will be issued.

The only acceptable way to get the refund is by email. Send us all the details to [email protected].

Unless previously agreed with our staff, early arrivals are not guaranteed a table; please be on time or advise of a time change.

TABLES IN THE GARDEN, EVEN IF SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS, ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

Please remember that for each experience, a maximum delay of 15 minutes is considered; if not communicated, further delays will be viewed as a NO SHOW, and therefore, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will follow.
