Step into the world of artisan pasta making, where tradition meets innovation in an immersive culinary experience. At Podere La Marronaia, you will embark on a journey from grain to gourmet, learning how to mill your own flour, craft different types of pasta, and pair them with the perfect sauces.
Under the guidance of our expert chef, you’ll mill different varieties of wheat using a traditional tabletop mill, transforming whole grains into freshly ground flour. Then, you’ll put your hands to work, kneading and shaping three different authentic Italian pasta varieties, each made from a specific type of flour.
