Step into the world of artisan pasta making, where tradition meets innovation in an immersive culinary experience. At Podere La Marronaia, you will embark on a journey from grain to gourmet, learning how to mill your own flour, craft different types of pasta, and pair them with the perfect sauces.

Under the guidance of our expert chef, you’ll mill different varieties of wheat using a traditional tabletop mill, transforming whole grains into freshly ground flour. Then, you’ll put your hands to work, kneading and shaping three different authentic Italian pasta varieties, each made from a specific type of flour.

Sauce Preparation – Learn how to prepare a selection of traditional and seasonal pasta sauces, including:

✔ Fresh Cherry Tomato Sauce (March–August) or Seasonal Vegetable Sauces (September–February)

Only 45 minutes from Florence and 35 minutes from Siena, Podere La Marronaia is ideally located for those planning wine tasting near Florence or a stop during a day trip to San Gimignano wine tours. Easily reachable by car, our estate is the perfect escape into the Tuscan countryside.
