We want to ensure that your Marronaia experience is smooth from the vineyard to your door. Below you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping policies and procedures.

Order Processing Times
  1. In-stock items are processed within 2–3 business days.

  2. Custom bottle orders or products that are not immediately available have variable processing times, which will be communicated at the time of the order.

Delivery Times

USA & Canada:

  1. Standard Shipping: approximately 3–4 business weeks.
  2. Express Shipping: approximately 7–10 business days.
  3. Express Plus: approximately 5–7 business days.

Italy & Europe:

  1. Standard Shipping: approximately 1–2 business weeks.
  2. Express and Express Plus: typically delivered within a few business days.

All shipments are insured for loss and damage.

  • In case of visible damage upon delivery, please take clear photos of the damaged items and packaging and email them immediately to:

    • [email protected], and

    • The email address of the courier who delivered the parcel (e.g., FedEx, UPS).

  • In case of lost packages, please report the issue as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].

We’ll work with our logistics partners to find a quick and satisfying solution.

We strive to ensure you’re fully satisfied with your Marronaia experience. If for any reason you need to return a product, please read the following terms carefully.

Return Policy
  1. Return window: Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.

Product Conditions
  1. Returned items must be intact and in perfect condition at the time of return.

  2. We do not accept products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

Return Procedure

To request a return, please:

  1. Send an email to [email protected], clearly explaining the reason for the return.

  2. If applicable, include photos that illustrate the issue.

Once we receive your request, our team will carry out internal checks and get back to you with an approval (or denial) for the return. Only after receiving our confirmation should you proceed to send the goods back.

Refund Timing
  1. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned items.

  2. Please note: if the returned products require laboratory analysis to confirm the issue, processing times may be longer.

Return Shipping Costs

All return costs are the responsibility of the customer, including:

  • Shipping charges

  • Customs duties

  • Any additional handling or clearance fees

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Your packages are composed as follows:

  • Branded outer cardboard box – Customized with your logo. Available in formats for 6 or 12 bottles.

  • Branded paper tape – Used both to seal the box and to personalize 3-bottle shipments.

  • Certified polystyrene wine protectors – Designed to:

    • Protect glass bottles from impact during transit

    • Offer excellent resistance to temperature fluctuations

To preserve the quality and characteristics of our products, we recommend following these simple care guidelines:

Wines
  • Store bottles in a cool, dry place, ideally between 12°C and 18°C (54–64°F).

  • Keep bottles away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

  • For wines with cork closures, store bottles horizontally to keep the cork moist and prevent oxidation.

  • If your wine has traveled a long distance, allow it to rest for at least 24 hours before opening.

  • Best consumed within the recommended aging period indicated on the label or suggested during your tasting experience.

Olive Oils
  • Store in a cool, dark place to prevent oxidation.

  • Keep the bottle tightly closed after each use.

  • Use within 12 to 18 months from production to enjoy full aroma and flavor.

Balsamic Products
  • Keep bottles in a cool, dry place, away from heat and direct light.

  • Always close the cap tightly after use to maintain flavor and aroma.

  • Do not refrigerate: balsamic condiments are best stored at room temperature.

  • Shake gently before use if natural sediment is present — this is a sign of an authentic, unfiltered product.
