Wines to Pair with Fish

Tuscany is a region in which inland hills and sea meet in harmony, even at the table. So its full-bodied wines born in the hills of the inland areas of Tuscany can be combined with any meal with a base of coastal seafood. Following the rules of the great sommeliers, winemakers of Podere La Marronaia identified between their labels the wines most suitable for the dishes of fish. Common sense suggests that the fish should be served with white wines.
Visila La Marronaia, Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG, is soft, white, fresh, and well structured, which is at its best with grilled fish, fried seafood, moist fish, such as the famous caciucco Livorno. Even Rose La Marronaia, the Tuscan rosé made from Sangiovese grapes, demonstrates its versatility with meals based on fish, which delights with its fruity aromas.
