PANNA COTTA

Cook with Vittoria and Giulia the Panna Cotta, one of the most traditional Italian desserts.
The Panna cotta is one of the best-known and appreciated desserts in Italy and all over the world for its simplicity and delicate taste, which makes it a perfect cuddle at the end of a meal. Very often this dessert is described as “a white pudding” but, beware, that’s a mistake!
The first pieces of evidence of the Panna Cotta date back to 1960 when Ettore Songia, a starred chef at the Cuneo (Piedmont) restaurant of “I tre citroni”, was the first to put the recipe on his menu.
