The Quattrorsi is a wine that softens the traditional Sangiovese grapes with grapes of Merlot and Syrah, and enriches it with a stay of 12 months in oak barrels. The harvest is manual to select the best grapes and takes place at different times: first, the Merlot and Syrah are harvested, followed by the Sangiovese. The fermentation takes place in cement vats with a temperature ranging from 28 ° C to 30 ° C. After fermentation, it is put in oak barrels for 12 months.
Serve in large glasses at a temperature of 18-20 ° C.
