Mille Colori della Marronaia is a wine of decisive character but with a wrap-around softness on the palate. The alcohol content is 13%, the fresh and fruity flavor makes it a versatile and enjoyable wine at any time.
Mille Colori della Marronaia is also a creation of the two young winemakers of our farm, Pietro and Corrado.
Vinification takes place with soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. The short wood aging gives delicate scents and tertiary aromas, leaving room for the freshness and vivacity typical of these cheeses.
In the first stage of vinification, we have a clarification / decantation in stainless steel for 48 hours at a controlled temperature. After that, alcoholic fermentation and subsequent wood refining take place for 4 months. The aging in the bottle is at least 2 months.
DEDICATED TO…
Mille Colori della Marronaia Is dedicated to life. At its thousand shades, at the energy, the lightness, and the spirit with which we must face it. It is the first wine entirely thought and realized by Pietro and Corrado.
