So it was, we took a break for lunch in this beautiful Acetaia, Luca, a very knowledgeable guy, welcomed us when we arrived, and explained us all the secrets of the real Modenese Balsamic Vinegar.
We talked a lot during that lunch about our different methods of using the grapes, about our different traditions, and the common love for these beautiful plants, The Vines. We also found out with a big pleasure that the Acetaia was developing a line of organic products, adopting this way the philosophy that our farm is carrying on since 2000.
After Lunch we carried on our trip to Milan, but something in our hearts was growing on.
We had a wonderful weekend there.
When we came back we contacted Luca, because we wanted to bring here in Tuscany a little bit of Modena’s traditions, and so, after a long long work, here we present you our line of Organic Balsamic Vinegars.
