CELLAR VISIT, Vineyard & Olive Grove

This experience is ideal for visiting our wine cellar, historical vineyard, and olive trees. The experience starts in the place where the wine production takes place, the Vernaccia vineyard. It is one of the most ancient vineyards in San Gimignano; it overlooks the old towers and the Tuscan countryside. When you visit an olive grove, you will encounter knowledge on how olives are harvested and the popular type of olive oil.

Eventually, you will visit our cellar, the place in which the winemaking takes place, from the grape crushing to the fermentation in the tanks. Here, you will have the chance to know our production that follows the organic and bio-dynamic rules. A small and hidden cellar that guards the winemaking treasures, the stainless-steel tanks, the oak barrels, and an ancient terracotta amphora for a brand-new and exclusive Vernaccia white wine.

This is the perfect opportunity to know our family-run winery for those who love and know wine and those who are curious to learn more about this wonderful field.
After the tour, you can stop for a wine and extra-virgin olive oil tasting in our beautiful place or in the garden, so you can taste all the products that tell our business and family story. You choose!
