Experience Description
The Experience will start with a tour of our vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano. Following a family member will briefly introduce you to a few notions about truffles. During the Experience, you will learn the secrets of truffles, how to clean them, and different ways to pair them. Then, we will start with the preparation of antipasti, a delicious Bruschetta with Lardo di Colonnata ( a typical Tuscan cold cut) or Tuscan Bacon and slices of fresh truffle on top, a first traditional dish composed by the preparation of Tuscan Pasta “Pici or tagliatelle,” a second course that will include the preparation of meat with truffle slices and a side dish. Finally, we will prepare a tasty dessert. At the end of the class, you will relax in one of our private and exclusive rooms or our garden enjoying all the things you’ve cooked paired with the tasting of our organic and biodynamic wines and e.v.o. Olive oils.

Our company is biodynamic and organic; we DO NOT SERVE commercial drinks like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Fanta, or similar. Instead, we ONLY SERVE our natural wines and water because flavors that are too sweet or strong would ruin the tasting.
