Balsamic vinegar is known all over the world with a very ancient Italian history. Since it’s a very versatile product, we have created an entire lunch dedicated to the balsamic, each course will be paired with one of our organic wines and extra-virgin olive oils.
In addition, you can visit our vineyard, the place in which the winemaking takes place, our vineyard. Here, you will have the chance to know our production that follows the organic and bio-dynamic rules.
