The Family Pasta Cooking class will start with a short introduction to our farm in front of our Vernaccia vineyard, one of the oldest in San Gimignano.
Then, you will be accompanied to our family kitchen to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine. First, you will prepare the dessert, which can be a traditional Chocolate Salami, a classic Margherita Cake (made using a secret family recipe), the famous Cantuccini, or delicious sweet biscuits with red wine and extra virgin olive oil. Then, we will prepare two kinds of fresh pasta (Pici and Ricotta Gnocchi), combining sauces based on seasonal vegetables. Finally, we will prepare the famous Tuscan bruschetta and 3/4 different toppings. At the end of the cooking lesson, you can enjoy what you have prepared in one of our exclusive private tasting rooms or our garden with a view of the San Gimignano Medieval towers. We will provide an additional course composed of a tasty selection of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses during the meal.
This option also includes a choice of at least four organic and biodynamic wines from Podere La Marronaia, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano and Chianti Colli Senesi, and six kinds of extra virgin olive oils, natural and flavored.

Our company is biodynamic and organic; we DO NOT SERVE commercial drinks like Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Fanta, or similar. Instead, we ONLY SERVE our natural wines and water because flavors that are too sweet or strong would ruin the tasting.
