PROGRAM
We will first start to prepare the Gelato ( using seasonal products ) and the wafer for the
ice – cream, then they will start to create their own pizza. They will start the lunch, and while relaxing, a member of the family will explain to the guests our products, both wine – including our Vernaccia of San Gimignano DOCG and Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG – and e.v.o. oils (flavored and natural).
Apart Pizza and dessert we will also provide a little entrance made of bruschetta with fresh sauces on!

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
The cooking class is organized throughout the year, booking is recommended, especially in high season.
The tasting takes place in Italian and English.
