PUFF PASTRY HEARTS

Cook with Vittoria and Giulia a lovely and easy St.Valentine’s Day antipasti, the Puff Pastry Hearts. they are filled up with a delicious and fast Mascarpone & Parmesan Cheese cream and decorated with pink pepper. Enjoy them with a glass of white or rosé sparkling wine.

The Ingredients are:

  • 1 puff pastry roll
  • 100 gr or 4 oz of Mascarpone Cheese
  • 20 gr or ¾ oz of Parmesan Cheese
  • pink pepper
  • Salt
  • milk
