TODAY’S RECIPE

PINK PEPPER FILLET

Cook with Vittoria and Giulia a delicious PINK PEPPER FILLET, a delicious main course with on top a soft and delicate cream flavored with pink pepper. Enjoy it with a glass of a young red wine at your St.Valentine’s Day dinner.

The Ingredients are:

  • 2 slices of beef fillet
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 30 gr or 1 oz of butter
  • 1 small sprig of rosemary
  • half a glass of white wine ( we used our Mille Colori della Marronaia )
  • 125 ml or 1/2 cup and 1 tsp of single cream
  • pink pepper as needed
