MINI SPRING OMELETTES

Cook with Vittoria and Giulia the MIni Spring Omelettes, delicious appetizers that you can eat as antipasti, during a brunch ut also for breakfast. Very easy to make and super fast, a nice dish that you can serve also to your kids.

The Ingredients are:

  • 2 eggs
  • 25 gr or 1 oz of Parmesan Cheese
  • 150 gr or 5 oz of boiled vegetables ( we used, potatoes, zucchini, and carrots )
  • Salt & Pepper
  • E.V.O. Olive Oil
