Cook with Vittoria and Giulia a sweet and tasty Jam Crostata. We’re going to make together a dough without butter, instead, we’re going to use extra virgin olive oil. This way the Crostata dough doesn’t have to sit in the fridge and it will be healthier as well. Choose your favorite jam as filling, we opted for red fruits one!
Enjoy it as a sweet end of the meal or delicious Merenda break.
The Ingredients are:
- 290 gr or 11 oz of flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 gr or 3 oz of sugar
- 80 gr or 3 oz of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 5 gr or 1 tsp of baking powder
- 350 gr or 12 oz of your favorite jam
- a pinch of salt
