Cook with Vittoria and Giulia crunchy vegetables, a delicious, fast, and easy dish that you can have as a side dish or as a healthy aperitif.
You just need to cut your favorite vegetables in stripes or cubes, cook them a little bit in a good extra vergin olive oil, add a mixture of breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese!

The Ingredients for 4 people are:

  • 3 zucchini
  • 2 peppers
  • 80 gr or 3 oz of parmesan cheese
  • 80 gr or 3 oz of breadcrumbs
  • Salt & Pepper as needed
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
