Nature & Philosophy: the beginning of a new adventure

A few months ago, following the initiative of my brother Corrado, we started a radical change of the cultivation method of the farm: from an organic to a biodynamic agriculture.
In short we could describe it as a much more natural farming method, which seeks to recreate the biological processes found in nature to help the plants and the soil to produce substances needed to the plant. The wines are much more fragrant and rich in enzymes.

In reality behind the  biodynamic agricolure, there is a whole philosophy of life that changes a little bit the classic vision, making us return to appreciate and enjoy the simple things.

The cycles of the moon, the “good days” for the crop, the “good” plants….respect for the environment is the basis of this philosophy.
