GENERAL CONDITIONS
The request for availability isn't binding and doesn't act as a
contract neither for the client nor for AZ. AGR. Podere La Marronaia.
The booking request represents an order form and therefore
binding for the client but not binding for AZ. AGR. Podere La Marronaia, on whose part remains free not to accept the booking.
The booking confirmation of AZ. AGR. Podere La Marronaia sent to the client is binding for both parties and establishes
the drawing up of the booking contract with options.
If a deposit is requested or credit card details, the
client must send these within the indicated time period to the direction of
AZ. AGR. Podere La Marronaia in order that the options are cleared and the booking is
definitely confirmed.
At which point AZ. AGR. Podere La Marronaia promises to send the client a confirmation e-mail.
The total booking must be confirmed by fax or by e-mail accepting the cancellation
conditions of the establishment concerned.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bookings will be accepted by fax (+39.0577.906597) or e-mail (info@marronaia.it) and can be considered confirmed after we have received the deposit, not refundable, equal to 30% of total cost of booking to be done within 5 days.
The final payment must be done within 30 days before arrival.
CHECK IN: the day established from 4 pm until 8 pm.
CHECK OUT: the day established before 10 o’clock in the morning.
Different check in and check out hours can be agreed with whenever possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received between 60 days and 1 day prior to arrival. The client must pay 90% of total amount agreed. The deposit is not refundable.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION (LAW COURTS)
For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution
and/or to the finalisation of the booking contract to which the present conditions
are applied, in which a part AZ. AGR. Podere La Marronaia, is legally responsible, will be exclusively the competence of
the local law courts of Siena.
