The Sangiovese, autochthonous grape vine, situated in the sunny vineyards of the Marronaia, an ideal position for the development of a better quality of wine. Some wines are accompanied by Canaiolo nero, Merlot and Syrah.

Production area: Tuscany Composition of land: medium mixture of Pliocene origin with clay and sandy particles. Average height of vineyard: 230 metres above sea level Density of plants per hectare: 4000 Type of growth: Guyot Grape: 100% Sangiovese (Selection of the best fruit). Wine production: hand picked into crates. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28°c – 30°c. Further fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Refined in stainless steel for 6 months Refined in bottles: minimum 3 months
